I’ve been seeing nasal strips everywhere lately and as someone who has dealt with congestion their entire life, I thought I’d give it a go. No, it’s not a magic cure for me but the moment I put it on, I could instantly breathe so much better. It works as well as nasal sprays do for me so I would say it’s great. I was very skeptical of it working and it’s surprised me pleasantly.
From the first night of trying these I have had consistently better and longer periods of sleep every night. Highly recommended.
These work really well, can feel them working right after putting them on, doesnt come off while sleeping.

I’ve been using the maxflow Sleep Tape for a few weeks now, and the results have been amazing. It’s really helped me improve my nasal breathing and reduce snoring. The tape has strong but gentle adhesion, which keeps it securely in place throughout the night without irritating my skin. It’s comfortable to wear, and I barely notice it while sleeping.
These strips work effectively, adhering well and staying in place throughout the night. They are also pretty good value for money compared to other brands I’ve tried.
These are great to use to get a good night’s sleep - just the right amount of stickiness that doesn’t irritate the skin but still sticks over moisturisers
I don’t generally write reviews but these are so good. They’re comfortable, stretchy and breathable so you don’t feel claustrophobic. It stays on all night and is easy to take off without leaving marks. I sleep so much better!!! Highly recommended
I have attached my before and after from using this! It has made a massive difference to my sleep. The 4 hr photo was from before using it. - to the 1hr after. Plus my husband has said that even though I am still snoring slightly it’s significantly quieter and not affecting his sleep anymore vs the previous where we would often have to sleep in different beds. The only thing I’d say is I’d love if they did a clear version or a different color, as I look like something out of a horror film when I am wearing it!
Whether it’s placebo or not, I thoroughly enjoy my sleeps a lot more since using mouth tape, I feel my breath is better, I sleep better, definitely.
My wife got this for me on a whim after a few bad nights of snoring which led to bad nights of sleep for me. Honestly, I was skeptical and also didn’t think my snoring was that bad. The first time I put this on I almost cried. Never knew I was living a life where I just couldn’t actually breath. I just thought that’s how it was. I’ve had incredible night sleeps ever since I’ve started wearing this and apparently my snoring has stopped too. Maybe. It’s changed my life so I’m ok with everything about this product.
I have a deviated septum and struggle to breath through my nose while I sleep, but these make a world of difference
It fits perfectly. The only thing I don’t like is that I can see the strip in my field of vision, but since I won’t use this for anything other than sleep that’s ok with me.

I rarely write reviews and when i do it's because i really like the product. I love to cycle but i noticed that i breathe through my mouth 90% of the time, so i looked online for solutions and found this, the Maxflow. After using it for the first time i didn't breathe through my mouth once, the amount of air you can take it is amazing!
